My point is that the scientific names don't contradict the fact they are the same species. If ''Oculus terribilis dotticum'' is a subspecies of ''Oculus terribilis'', then we can assume the Bulbear, Dwarf or otherwise, is both. It's like "''Homo sapiens''" and "''Homo sapiens sapiens''". A subspecies is essentially a different species. If the younger versions of a species are a different species, that implies the adult of that species gives birth to something other than it's own species, which is (naturally) impossible. - Bossclips

Yes, correct. If the parent had a different genus to the offspring, that wouldnt make sense. If the parent had a different species to the offspring, that wouldnt make sense. If the parent had a different subspecies to the offspring, that wouldnt make sense. - Bossclips

Leaving out a creature's subspecies isn't proper taxonomy. If it's not listed, it's not there. Error or not, it has to be accepted as fact, and therefore the error lies in its classification rather than a typo or translation error. [[Glint beetle family]]'s existence is guilty of the latter, but we treat it as a taxonomy error. - Bossclips
