The Survey Chart is a device of the Exploration Kit in Pikmin 2. In the game, it allows the ship to land at the Perplexing Pool, because it contains data that holds co-ordinates that makes locating this new area possible. The Survey Chart is found as a treasure, the Geographic Projection, which can be found overground at the Awakening Wood. It is necessary to destroy a white poison gate, so White Pikmin must be collected beforehand.
