Nintendo is a video-game company. Originally founded on September 23 1889 in where it was a manufacturer of a card game called hanfuda. It is the creater Pikmin series, of which there are 2, though a 3rd is in the making. These games are played on Nintendo consoles, the Wii and GameCube. Other popular Nintendo franchises include Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Star Fox, Kirby, F-Zero and Pokémon.
