Findings:
- Multiple categorisations under different sortkeys puts under last sortkey alphabetically.
- The only namespace that cannot (as far as I can ascertain) be substituted like templates is 0, which is main:.
- Infinite recursion of substitution is impossible; max. substitutions possible by recursion is 2.
