Foxtail
Vulpes cauda, this is not the scientific name given by humans.
A Foxtail is much like a Horsetail, except, it is much lighter looking, and blows in the wind. It also has a more soft and puffy top, not to mention that it actually produces leaves. This plant is about as rare as the Dandelion family members, but still can be found in several places. The Valley of Repose, despite its unforgiving climate, yields one near the entrance to the Emergence Cave!
