The Glowstem is a plant in Pikmin 2. It is shiny and is usually red or green and found in terrain that is metallic. Evidently, it may not be a plant because it resembles an LED (light-emitting diode), with its two wires stuck in the ground to supposedly take place as roots, however, this may not be true unless the device underwent a biotic evolution and was melded with plant DNA, making it an unnaturally created life-form.
