This is a list of ongoing projects at the Pikipedia that we could do with some help on. To request that other projects be undertaken, please leave a comment on the talk page. When a project has been completed, its section can be removed from this page.

Notes

Notes must be transcribed directly from the game (Pikmin 2). Make sure to be accurate. Only treasure pages still lack notes.

  1. Add "journal" or "sale" to the end of the URL in the address bar and create the page and add the entry's text.
  2. Add the code "<noinclude>{{metadata|type}}</noinclude>" to the end without leaving any space; replace "type" with "journal" or "sale".
  3. Add "{{notes|treasure}}" to the treasure page to add the notes.

All treasures up to number 133 are complete.

This is now possible and necessary for Pikmin 1 ship parts as well. Do the above, but:

  • The subpage used is "/notes".
  • Put "{{notes|part}}" on the main page.
  • Put "<noinclude>{{metadata|part}}</noinclude>" on the subpage.
  • The notes used are both the text displayed upon finding and upon returning the part. Separate these by a line (type "----").

Ship parts are in Category:Pikmin 1 Ship Parts.

Challenge Mode Infoboxes

Pikmin 2 Challenge Mode levels now have an infobox (template:infobox challenge). See Brawny Abyss for example use.

Add Physiology To Beast Description

Treasures

Most treasure articles still lack proper information as to the location and collection of the treasure. A list of treasure articles can be found at Treasure Hoard or Template:Treasures.

Categorisation

Pages at special:uncategorizedpages and especially special:uncategorizedimages. Browse the categories to find where it should go, or make a new category.

Cave walkthroughs

Existing walkthroughs for cave pages are generally poorly written, and there are caves without any walkthrough. They are also severely lacking in helpful, illustrative images. Walkthroughs needs to be concise, accurate and objectively written. A list of cave articles is at Category:Caves.

Image pages

Images require, for the most part, vastly improved descriptions. These do not have to be long or detailed, but concise and accurate, just a sentence about what the image is of.
