→Bosses in Pikmin: I noticed a difference between the internally classified bosses and the fan considered bosses, the real ones drop pellets rather than a corpse, and they either disintegrate or disappear somehow, and the fake ones drop a corpse or a pearl like thing. So I added the difference. Before it said that there was no difference. (The puffy blow hog is questionable though)

Edits containing either unnecessary information, incorrect information, or the creature listed don't have enough proper classification to be credited properly as bosses in certain sections.

Undo revision 278114 by Marxo Grouch (talk) It is based on cave encounter, but as bosses. Appreciated but better to keep it in line with the ones above.
→Tough enemy encounters in Pikmin 4: It seems like the order here is mainly based on cave encounter, so I will reorganize it as such. I put the Jumbo Bulborb first as it not only appears earlier than the Mammoth Snootwhacker (in the second night expedition), but you’re also likely to encounter it first in their shared cave (also it’s in alphabetical order).
Why do these entries keep getting moved? These enemies lack the major drum line cadence that denotes a minor boss, so they can only be called “tough enemies” for now.

Undo revision 277227 by 94.4.28.17 (talk) I don’t really see the significance in unlocking the cave exit, and the Mammoth Snootwhacker doesn’t guard a numbered gate, nor is it’s defeat required to reach the exit.

I’m pretty sure this section doesn’t count Dandori Challenge encounters, and the Calcified Crushlat, Medusal Slurker, Peckish Aristocrab, and Puffstool don’t have the proper designation as bosses in these games.

By this page's definition, the Toxstool and Empress are "tough enemies". If you'd like to change it, I'd suggest starting a discussion (cause I'd very much like to see this definition be finalized)
I feel now’s as good a time as ever to update the image at the top of the page with the Burrowing Snagret’s most recent render.

I do to last revision by GulliblePikmin: Some of these are not classified as bosses by the games, and each section is supposed to use icons from their respective games, not just the most recent.
