The Frozen Stranger is a treasure found in Hey! Pikmin. It appears to be a snow globe with a figure of Santa Claus inside.

After defeating the first Crystalline Crushblat, a vine leading downwards to a doorway can be found. In the room after the door is a small puzzle. First you will need to use the jetpack to reach the vine suspended above the ground, then slide down the icy ramp and use the jetpack once more before falling off. Climbing up one more vine will allow you to collect the treasure.
