Winged OnionEdit

Hey there! In your edit to the Onion article, you mention in the summary that the game explicitly calls it "winged Onion". I think this got brought up some months ago, but nobody was able to find a point in the game where it does. Where did you see this? — {EspyoT} 17:44, 30 August 2018 (EDT)

Hi. This is Ben. I saw it on the day selection screen. It says, "Save The Winged Onion!" also, although I'm not completely sure, I think it says that the winged onion was saved in the Pikmin 3 Voyage Log. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ben • (talk) • (contribs)
Ah, I see. I checked the game files, and that looks like it's the only place where it mentions that name. I'll add a note to the article. And quick thing: to reply in a talk page, write your message below the message you want to reply, and add one more ":" to the start of your line. Then, end your message with four ~ signs. — {EspyoT} 18:01, 30 August 2018 (EDT)

Another QuestionEdit

I have a question. What should be considered a minor edit and what doesn't need to be? The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ben • (talk) • (contribs)

In general, the minor edit checkbox doesn't have any real impact. It's just a way for people who are checking the recent changes to know if the edit you made is worth reading to learn something new (normal edit), or if it's just a quick typo or rewording (minor edit). (PS: Don't forget to sign your posts! And if you write a question on somebody else's talk page, they will get notified about it. You wrote this question on your own, and I only noticed because I was browsing the recent changes.) — {EspyoT} 18:32, 30 August 2018 (EDT)

What's signing a post? Thanks for the help!

What you wrote right now is a message. What I'm writing right now is also a message. If you end your message with four tildes (~) in a row, your user signature will show up. That's how you sign your message. If you look at your talk page, you will see my signature as something like my nickname inside curly braces. Writing a signature at the end of a message helps understand who wrote what text in a conversation. — {EspyoT} 16:00, 31 August 2018 (EDT)

Trying it out. Is this it? Ben (talk) 17:29, 31 August 2018 (EDT)Ben

Yes, although, it should only be four tildes and no more. You can always customize your signature in your preferences btw. --Raltseye prata med mej 00:26, 1 September 2018 (EDT)

New signatureEdit

Just to let everyone know, I finished working on my signature (for now). I'll sign this post with it. If anyone has any opinions, tell me!  BT 22:32, 11 October 2018 (EDT)

Hey. I noticed your signature's got a lot of unneeded wiki code. You probably copied it from Template:Icon, and that's fine, but the extra code that's for the template only ends up bloating your signature. This should work just fine:
<b><span style="color:orange">B</span></b>T
{EspyoT} 12:46, 12 October 2018 (EDT)

I actually just looked at other people's signatures and found out how to make mine. I think I did use the icon template for the icon part.  BT 21:39, 12 October 2018 (EDT)

Thanks for helping!  BT 21:43, 12 October 2018 (EDT)

Testing.  BT 21:46, 12 October 2018 (EDT)

There is a problem. The new code for the signature makes the icon part too big, and I like the small icon a lot better. Here's an example.

Old code:  BT

New code:  BT 21:48, 12 October 2018 (EDT)

Try this:

<b><span style="color:orange">B</span></b>T

{EspyoT} 15:52, 14 October 2018 (EDT)

Thank you! It works!  BT 18:04, 14 October 2018 (EDT)

Major glitchEdit

A subset of glitches from the Formidable Oak Backwards glitch. A bit low quality, but very interesting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eiePAQeR68s&feature=youtu.be

HelloEdit

It's been a while since I've edited Pikipedia. I just want to let everyone know that I'm still alive and still a Pikmin fan! Hopefully I can edit some soon! --Ben (talk) 22:18, August 21, 2021 (EDT)
