Gold Pikmin are new Pikmin types confirmed for Pikmin 5. They look a lot like Yellow Pikmin with slight differences, and they have the ability to instantly die whenever they drink nectar. Because they are made out of solid gold, they are too heavy for anyone to throw. They are also very stupid and don't know how to respond to charging and swarming; attempting to do either of these things with Gold Pikmin causes them to explode and die. Using ultra-spicy spray does nothing, because why would you do that anyway. Putting hot sauce on gold doesn't make it taste any better, you idiot.
