The Emergence Cave is the first cave you will ever enter, and has the valuable treasure that you need to move on. This cave is extremely easy, the easiest of them all for that matter, and shouldn't take you very long even if you aren't decently skilled.
Past the large field where a Red Bulborb lies, you need to destroy a white gate, after that, entering the cave shouldn't be much more of a hassle.
