The blue Onion is the equivalent of a home for Blue Pikmin on the Pikmin planet. In Pikmin it is in the Forest Navel, somewhere to thhe right of where you start out. In Pikmin 2, its location is behind an electric gate in Awakening Wood; to approach it, therefore, Yellow Pikmin are required. These are thrown up onto the ledge's left side so as to avoid waking the hidden Cloaking Burrow-nit. The Captain can then walk around through some water to reach them, and order them to defeat the beast and demolish the gate, allowing him to find the game's first 5 Blue Pikmin.
