The Arctic Cannon Beetle is a boss in Pikmin 4, and the adult stage of the Arctic Cannon Larvae. The Arctic Cannon Beetle appears similar to the Armored and Horned Cannon Beetles, with a shell made of ice, blue skin, red eyes, and a closed blowhole. It also spits out snowballs instead of boulders. Due to the closed blowhole, it breaths through its mouth instead, meaning it can inhale groups of Pikmin. Half of the Pikmin it inhales are eaten, and the other half launched out within a snowball.
