The Eternal Fuel Dynamo was the second part you can get in Pikmin. It was in The Forest of Hope and was surrounded by two Dwarf Red Bulborbs and a Red Bulborb, which you could just sneak past.
Purpose
The Eternal Fuel Dynamo provided Olimar with an infinite amount of energy, so Olimar didn't have to use candles to save his fuel.
How To Get
Go to the Forest of Hope and through the white wooden gate. Far away here in this big field, to the right, is the Eternal Fuel Dynamo.
