The Aquatic Mine is a fishing bobber that is yellow on the top and red on the bottom. It is found in the Perplexing Pool, not very far from your landing site. It is inside a Toady Bloyster, and you'll need Blue Pikmin to either defeat it or destroy the rock formation on the Shower Room, destroying the electric gate with your Yellows and building the bridge. You can now use Purples after you get rid of the formation, which uncovers the Shower Room. Defeat the Shearwigs so they won't cause any trouble.
