Blue Pikmin are the third/last color of Pikmin that you get in both games. You found it in the Forest Navel in Pikmin, and in the Awakening Wood after you get yellows in Pikmin 2. These Pikmin have gills (not mouths) that allow them to adapt to aquatic environments. This simply lets you move them in the water, as well as fighting, carrying, and other things in the water.
