The Red Bulborb isn't the only enemy that can pull off stupid faces. Ever tried pausing while an enemy like a Puffy Blowhog is shaking away Pikmin? We can probably make up some type of virus and claim that one out of every thousands of enemies (like Shinies in Pokémon) are a derpy variant. Then we include a gallery of different enemies doing different derpy things.
