The Pikmin series consists of 2 very popular games, Pikmin and Pikmin 2. Both games have been scored well by critics. There is also a rumor that there might be a Pikmin 3 in production for the Nintendo Wii. The total number of sales for the series is approximately 2.7 million[1].
Masahiro Sakurai has announced that Pikmin & Olimar will also be a character in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
