I'm pretty new to wikipedia editing, but im a big fan of pikmin, and i design videogames, so i do have some experience with this format. i was just wondering if the glitch that happens when an enemy holding treasure falls off a cliff, that the reasue reappers, could be mentioned somewhere. i think its a glitch cause its not normal to the game play, and isn't explained anywhere in the game, and doesn't look like pat of the game. i'd like to know if and where i could put it. Do you mean this? No it isn't a glitch, and no, it isn't explained. However, it would be pathetic to have The Ship explain this to the player; maybe in the handbook, but it's not that important.--Prezintenden

well i was actually talking about when a enemy like the spotty bulbear and gatling groink, that sometimes carry treasures, which can only be gotten by killing them the firt time, fall off the abyss, and they die, but the treasures doesnt stay down there, but reappears back on the surface. its sorta like what u said, but with treasue. Yeah, it's got a bit about treasure at the end of the paragraph he linked to. I've had it happen more often with Puffy/Withering Blowhogs, killing them over an edge (of course, I lost my Pikmin...).GP

Deletion[edit]

A glitch is something that wasn't supposed to happen. Unless you can find evidence that the situation in the picture was meant to happen, it's a glitch. Keep. Emperor Bulblax 23:48, 24 February 2012 (EST)

I'm thinking the reason is more the idea that this is actually the [[Embed glitch]] - that treasures shouldn't really be angled like that, so the position of the carrying Pikmin isn't the glitch. Either way, though, I don't think it's important enough to deserve its own article: we should move it to glitches. GP 06:15, 25 February 2012 (EST)
In the Embed glitch, the item is partially buried in the ground. In this glitch, it isn't. They are distinctly different glitches. Keep.

Also, I have had this occur many times with pellets in Challenge Mode(The Impact Site, Final Trial.) Should I mention this? Emperor Bulblax 12:38, 26 February 2012 (EST)
The article is already going to be deleted. The glitch was moved to Glitches. I also mention that it happens with pellets, but I don't think it's worth mentioning it happens more often in Challenge Mode. {EspyoT} 15:02, 26 February 2012 (EST)
Seems like a worthy piece of info to me. Emperor Bulblax 16:35, 26 February 2012 (EST)
It's only a guess based on your experiences, though. It's not something you can outright state on an article. Anyway, deleting this now. GP 05:37, 27 February 2012 (EST)
