-'''Juice''' is the substance from [[Fruit|fruits]] taken by [[Drake]], in order to feed the [[Leader|Captains]] on their voyage in ''[[Pikmin 3]]''. One bottle of juice will be consumed at every nightfall, no matter how many crew members are on board. At the beginning of the game the player is given 3 juice bottles to start their voyage. Different fruits provide different amounts of juice, the lowest possible being half a cup, the maximum being 3, and the average being 1.51. Juice will come in different colors depending on what fruit is used, though the different colors have no special properties. A total number of 97 juice bottles can be found in a single playthrough, excluding the 3 given at the beginning. Should the player run out of juice, a Game Over screen will appear, and the player will be given the option to either start the day over or go back to a previous day.
