The Impact Site has a [[Breadbug]] and an [[Iridescent Flint Beetle]]. It also has many [[Pellets]]. The Forest Navel has these things too, except for the Iridescent Flint Beetle. It also has a [[Pearly Clamclamp]].
The other three levels have less or no pellets and more enemies. The only challenge mode level with real bosses is The Final Trial.

Challenge Mode in Pikmin 1 is a challenge to grow as many Pikmin as you can in a single day. It can be unlocked when you discover all three types of Pikmin in Story Mode. Levels are unlocked as you encounter them in the main game. The areas are slightly different from the ones in Story Mode, having different enemies and fewer obstacles, and lacking in ship parts. In addition, the S.S. Dolphin is not present during play, meaning Olimar cannot repair his spacesuit.
