The Secret Safe is the last ship part that can be retrieved in Pikmin. However, it is not necessarily a part, because it has no purpose in making the Dolphin function. It apparently is a large safe, obviously shaped like a pig, better known as a piggy bank. This is where Captain Olimar keeps all of his money, or Pokos. When he found it, none of his Pokos were lost. It is held by the last boss in the game, the Emperor Bulblax, which ís harder to defeat in this game than in Pikmin 2 because of its enormous size and bulk, and has more strength (possibly because it is fully grown, while the ones in Pikmin 2 are younger), making it more understandable why Emperor Bulblaxes in Pikmin 2 are smaller and slightly weaker.
