	Hey, why did you start changing it??? Look in any encyclopedia (a actuall book) and ther titles are capitaized. When only "first words" are capitalized, we are putting the title into sentence form, which it is not. At least in the US...		Hey, why did you start changing it??? 			Also, all titles at places like youtube, google news, ect. are capitalized with everything.
