This is really just a jack-o-lantern, which the captains humorously take to be possessed by some sort of demon. Sadly, I cannot remember the exact level that this treasure is found on, but I do know that it is found in Dream Den, in the sublevel containing countless dweevils, one antenna beetle and many geysers and anodes.
