They are guarded by a [[Skeeterskate]], who should be defeated before attempting to collect the treasures. To collect them, you must first break the pots with a [[Rush]] from [[Oatchi]]. Then, you must either throw 2 [[Blue Pikmin]] at each treasure, or freeze the nearby water with 10 [[Ice Pikmin]] and throw 2 Pikmin at each treasure.
