Decor Pikmin: Difference between revisions

The basic decor sets are listed here in the order they are listed in-game. The icons appear when viewing information about a Pikmin or seedling, and can be used to work out what kind of decor a Pikmin will gain.

For some Decor types, there is a low chance of the costume being a rare "shiny" variant of the regular costume. These costumes are more colourful, and Pikmin with them have sparkles around them in the Pikmin information page. These rare variants are treated as separate costumes, but the category only shows up once at least one of a set is obtained. Currently, there are only rare variants for Restaurant attribute Red, Yellow, and Blue Pikmin.

From {{date|4|January}} to {{date|28|January|2024}}, Red, Yellow, and Blue Pikmin wearing the Present Sticker (Gold) Decor were obtainable from [[Special Spot|Special Spots]] within the Nintendo POP-UP STORE in HONG KONG.{{cite web|https://www.instagram.com/nintendo.hk/reel/C1tUeIqoWZ6|News post from Nintendo HK|Instagram|published={{date|5|January|2024}}|retrieved={{date|12|January|2024}}}} The sticker of these Pikmin had the text "Nintendo POP-UP STORE in HONG KONG".

From {{date|1|April}} to {{date|31|August|2024}}, Red Pikmin wearing the Present Sticker (Gold) Decor were obtainable from a Special Mission that was available to any players who opened the app while at the Pikmin Terrace in Miyajima SA.{{cite web|https://www.w-nexco.co.jp/pikmin_miyajima/|Information|Pikmin Terrace website|published={{date|18|March|2024}}|retrieved={{date|4|April|2024}}}} They received a mission to walk 500 steps, and completing this mission rewarded a Gold Seedling for the special Decor Pikmin. When visiting some in-person Nintendo Stores, you can find [[Special Spot]]s, and swiping down while viewing one from nearby gives you a [[Gold Seedling]] for either a Red, Yellow, or Blue Pikmin wearing the Present Sticker (Gold) Decor, with different text for all stores that have a Special Spot.
