The Gyroid Bust (Mr.ハニー) is a treasure found in Pikmin 2. It is actually a haniwa, resembling the ones found in Animal Crossing series. In it, the items are called "Gyroids".

The Gyroid Bust was apparently meant to be a derivation of the game Animal Crossing and its sequel, Animal Crossing: Wild World's items called 'Gyroids', normally, this would bring to mind of the Gyroid that was planted near your house, but this treasure looks nothing like it, as it has no capped top, its arms are too long, and it also looks too tattered and beat up to be an exact resemblance. This treasure is found on the last (7) sublevel of the Bulblax Kingdom, and can be acquired right after you defeat the Emperor Bulblax, as well as the Forged Courage, which unlocks the Scorch Guard for your Exploration Kit. It is usually advised that you get the Scorch Guard before trying to obtain this treasure, but it is also possible to use Blue Pikmin to destroy the fire geysers in your path, being wise to call them back if they are burnt.

The Gyroid Bust is found on the Sublevel 7 of the Bulblax Kingdom, and can be acquired right after the Emperor Bulblax is defeated. The leader will need the Scorch Guard which is obtained by bringing the Forged Courage from the Bulblax to the ship. The leaders will then be able to guide the Red Pikmin to the treasure without fear of being damaged by fire geysers.

Trivia
*Haniwa are often buried with the dead or set on a mound near the grave. The fact that it is buried within the deepest part of the Bulblax Kingdom suggests that this cave was a tomb. Olimar further supports this theory in his journal entry for the treasure, calling it "a shrine of some kind".
*The Gyroid Bust is mentioned in the description of Ancient Statue Head, a treasure that is found in a similar place in Pikmin 4.
