A stage based on the eponymous Garden of Hope will be available in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. For the most part, the layout is identical to that of the Pikmin 3 area, with some changes to make it more akin to a Smash Bros. battle arena. One of the key hazards in the area is the Peckish Aristocrab. It scuttles around, knocking down the fragmented teacup and knocking back fighters who touch it. Wild Pikmin can fix the damage caused by the crab. Fighters can destroy the teacup and the climbing stick as well.

This level contains two ceramic teacups and a small bridge made of ceramic tiles, which can be broken if attacked enough times. After a certain amount of time has passed since then, some wild Pikmin will appear from the background and begin rebuilding the destroyed objects. Pikmin may also erect tall climbing sticks out of the ground, which can be climbed and broken. At the edges of the stage are two elevator platforms, which will fall when players stand on them, and will slowly rise back up when they jump off. In the background, the SS Drake is seen resting on a small island and a Bulborb will occasionally walk by.

Once every minute, bubbles will blow from either side of the stage, signifying the coming of a stampeding Peckish Aristocrab; when the creature scuttles across the battlefield, it will destroy every teacup and stick on the stage before either falling off the other side of the stage, or, if the ceramic bridge is currently destroyed, plummeting into the water below. Being hit by the Aristocrab as it moves can deal severe damage to players.
