The '''Treasure Gauge''' is an extremely useful device, it allows you to track down treasures as you near them. There is a needle that wiggles continuously when a treasure is in the field or cave that you are in, no matter if an enemy has it, or if it is buried. When you get closer to a treasure, the needle moves to the right and starts to flash and beep. When you find all the treasures in an area, or there are no treasures in the area you're in, the device will automatically turn off with an echoing beep signaling so, then the box will turn gray. If there is an [[Antenna Beetle]] in the area you're in, the box will glow purple and the needle will move around haywire, along with it making incessant beeps and strange noises due to the fact that the Beetle's wings are producing supersonic waves; if you defeat it, this will stop. To unlock this item, you'll need to get the [[Prototype Detector]].
