+:Ah, so that's it.  Basically, when uploading a new version of a file, they have to have the same extensions.  Make sure the extension in the Source filename box is the same as in the Destination filename box.{{User:Greenpickle/sig}} 13:39, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

+:It's whatever's in the file's name after then dot.  So, Olimar.jpg has jpg as its extension.  If you have Windows XP, you probably can't see the extensions for most files; to show them, open a folder, go to Tools|Folder Options...|'View' tab|and uncheck the box with 'Hide extensions for known filetypes'.  Then you can see them.{{User:Greenpickle/sig}} 10:56, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

+::Make sure you're pressing the 'Browse...' button rather than just typing the name in the box.  Also, make sure the extension is in that box before you upload.  If you keep having problems, upload to an image-hosting site (somewhere like ImageShack) and link to that here, and someone else'll sort it out.{{User:Greenpickle/sig}}
