Name in JapanEdit

Japan has a lot of onomatopoeias, so "shak-shak" being an onomatopoeia for its texture could make sense. But onomatopoeias are for sounds, not for textures. Is it really referring to the way the texture is to the touch, or it is more referring to the sound a person makes when they bite on the fruit? — {EspyoT} 18:58, March 19, 2021 (EDT)

Biting sound is the correct one. -PortableSunset (talk) 20:56, March 20, 2021 (EDT)
