The Floral Instigator is a treasure in Pikmin 4, in the Blossoming Arcadia. It is a hairpin with a small pink flower.

It is lying on the ground at the southeastern corner of the Blossoming Arcadia. To collect this treasure, you must throw 1 Pikmin at it. The ensure a safe return, you should defeat the nearby Bearded Amprat.
