The Secret Safe is the last ship part that can be retrieved in Pikmin. It is optional, but its collection ensures a good ending. It's a large piggy bank, shaped like a pig. This is where Captain Olimar keeps all of his money, or Pokos. When he found it, he claimed that none of his Pokos were lost.
Collecting the part
Start building the bridge using 80 Blue Pikmin and then throw 10 Yellow Pikmin from island to island on the right side of the map. Once they have bomb-rocks, throw them back the same way.
