I asked around, and both [[User:TheSneakySpy|TheSneakySpy]] and [[User:OmegaZero22XX|OmegaZero22XX]] said that there are actually only two stages available: Tropical Forest and Thirsty Desert, both for Collect Treasure! I'll update the info on the wiki in a bit. But it's still weird how you only get the first one, though... Maybe if you try forcefully selecting the third slot on the list of stages? As a last resort, you can always uninstall and reinstall the demo.
