Notes:The Four Grill Brothers/schnauz

This dish was inspired by the legend of the Four Grill Brothers. Two brothers felt only meat was fit for a grill. The others believed only veggies belonged. A sword fight erupted among them. They nearly skewered each other but ended up creating this skewer instead!
