Parameter	Mandatory	Purpose	Detailed description
1	Yes	Month	Month in which you added this tag (name, not number).
2	Yes	Year	Year in which you added this tag.
nocat	No	No categorization	If this has a value, like "y", the article with the template will not be categorized.
