**There is one bag on sublevel 5. It is slightly north of the base, and it blocks access to the [[Waterwraith]]'s arena. It is placed in the thin pathway, with a pair of Purple [[Candypop Bud]]s on either side. This bag requires the weight of 200 Pikmin to be crushed.

**There are two bags on sublevel 1. The first bag is located in the open section north of the base, which houses a [[Fiery Bulblax]]. The bag is on the northern side of this section, blocking access to a lit [[bonfire altar]]. The second bag can be found on the raised section east of the base, with it being on the eastern side of this section. It blocks access to the [[Citrus Lump]]. Both bags require the weight of 10 Pikmin each to be crushed.

**There are two bags found in this story. The first bag is located relatively close to the [[Purple Onion]], and it opens a shortcut for the Onion to be carried back. The second bag is found slightly south of the base, and it is the last obstacle of the story. The first bag requires the weight of 50 Pikmin to be crushed, and the second bag requires 100.

**There are twelve Bloominous Stemples in this area. The first six Stemples are located in the [[Spotty Bulbear]] cave, accessed by destroying the [[stubborn rocks]] in the main segment. They are all located in the southern part of this cave, at the bottom of a large gap. One of the Stemples will be higher than the others, and it allows for a [[leader]] to be thrown up to it in order to collect the [[Citrus Lump]]. The remaining six Stemples can be found in the small cave segment the [[Vehemoth Phosbat]] is first encountered. The six Stemples will be in the gap, and they all create a path allowing the player to enter the Vehemoth Phosbat's arena.

**There are three Bloominous Stemples in this area. They can all be found in the cave towards the north of the first main segment. They are towards the west in the cave, and they create a path that allows for the cyan [[bridge fragment]]s to be collected.
*[[Formidable Oak]]
**There are seven Bloominous Stemples in this area. They are all located in the segment main segment. The Stemples can be found near the center of this segment, and blooming all of them allows for the cave's exit path to be reached.

====Verdant Waterfront====
*[[Glowing Bloom Pond]] - Area C
**There are twenty three Bloominous Stemples in this area. The first one is located just after the [[Widemouthed Anode Beetle]] cutscene. The second and third ones can be found a bit further along, creating a path to the [[doorway]] leading to the [[Evidence Pulverizer]]. There are five more Stemples in this section, one on top of the other, which create platform for [[Olimar]] to [[jetpack]] up. The ninth and tenth Stemples can be found just after the doorway, underneath a large [[Sparklium flower]]. The eleventh and twelfth Stemples are located under the [[Handy Hand]], with some [[vine]]s in between. A cutscene will play a bit further along in which 4 [[Yellow Pikmin]] can be seen floating down from the sky holding onto some [[Seeding Dandelion]]s. They will land on a pair of Stemples. A lone Stemple is located a bit further east, in the section reached by climbing down a vine; multiple [[Male Sheargrub]]s will appear here. In the doorway at the end of this section, there will be three more Stemples, also acting as platforms similar to the previous doorway's Stemples. A pair of Stemples can be found near some Yellow Pikmin bouncing on some [[Bouncy Mushroom]]s, just east of the previously mentioned doorway. These Stemples allow for some [[bridge fragment]]s to be collected. The final three Stemples are located at the end of the area, creating a pathway leading to the [[exploration pod]]. The doorway underneath these three Stemples leads to the area's [[secret exit]].

====Sweltering Parchlands====
*[[Lights in the Darkness]] - Area B
**There are multiple Bloominous Stemples in this area. There are two located above where [[Olimar]] first starts in the stage, and a third one is located slightly east on the floor. A fourth Stemple can be found on the ground underneath the pair of [[Electripede]]s. The next two Stemples are located just after the [[doorway]], and a pair of [[Grabbit]]s can be found nearby. In the room with the cutscene involving the suspended doorway, many Bloominous Stemples can be found all around. Most will be near the start of the room, and some will be further east, leading to the end of the area.

**There is one Bouncy Mushroom in this area. It is located on the raised, grassy section towards the north of the main segment. On this section, it can be found at the southwestern part, and it is used to bounce [[Yellow Pikmin]] onto the [[seesaw block]].
*[[Distant Tundra]]
**There are five Bouncy Mushrooms in this area. The first one is located directly west of the landing site, in the section containing the [[Bearded Amprat]]. This section is initially blocked off by a [[dirt wall]]. The Bouncy Mushrooms allows for a slightly raised section to be reached, and for Pikmin to quickly return back to the blue [[bridge fragment]]s. The second one can be found slightly southeast of the Yellow Pikmin cave's entrance. It is at the bottom of a short [[slide]], which is blocked by a [[large crystal]]. This Mushroom bounces Pikmin and [[leader]]s to the pile of red bridge fragments. The third one is located towards the southeast, on the raised section near a [[Burgeoning Spiderwort]]. It is used to bounce Pikmin across to the [[Dodge Whistle]]. The remaining two Bouncy Mushrooms can be found at the southernmost point of the segment, on a raised platform. They allow for Pikmin and leaders to bounce from one side with the [[Dawn Pustules]] to the side with the [[Citrus Lump]], and vice versa.

**There is one Bouncy Mushroom in this area. It is located in the area's second main segment, towards the south. It is in the southern part of the water body, and it allows for the raised section with the [[Blonde Impostor]] to be reached. A [[Toady Bloyster]] can be found guarding the [[Crunchy Deluge]] below.

**There is one Bouncy Mushroom in this stage. It can be found in the water body in the center of the map. It allows for Pikmin to be bounced across from the [[SPERO]] to the raised section with the [[electric gate]].

**There are five Bouncy Mushrooms in this stage. The first two are located towards the northwest, with one on the red gift box and the other in the far corner. They are access by riding the [[geyser]] and they bounce the [[leader]] and Pikmin to [[slide]] wrapped around the Christmas tree. The remaining three Bouncy Mushrooms are located slightly south of the large cake. These bounce the leader and Pikmin from the cake to the top of the blue and white striped gift box.

**There is one Bouncy Mushroom in this stage. It can be found at the end of the [[conveyor belt]]s southeast of the SPERO. It bounces the leader and Pikmin back to the SPERO.

**There are two Bouncy Mushrooms in this stage. The first one can be found in some water slightly north of the [[Blue Onion]]. The second one is located west of the [[Master Onion]], in the water where the red [[fragment bridge]] would be located during [[Story Mode]]. It is close to a [[Swooping Snitchbug]].

**There are six Bouncy Mushrooms in this stage. Aside from the two located towards the south during Story Mode, the remaining Mushrooms share the same locations during this stage and Story Mode. The three new Mushrooms are located in a straight line from the upside-down flower pot (now housing some [[Rock Pikmin]] [[sprout]]s) to Story Mode's landing site.

The remaining eight are located towards the northeast, in a square-shaped section alongside a large [[nectar egg]].

After the two [[Sparrowhead]]s, three more Bouncy Mushrooms can be found with a horizontal line of Sparklium Seeds above them. They contain the [[Lesser Mock Bottom]] and 5 [[raw material]]s. The first group of 4 pots are located at the bottom of the same slope, thought these contain nothing. The remaining group of 4 can be found towards the west, at the corner of the thin water body surrounding the [[Dandori Challenge]]. These contain the two [[Perforated Raft]]s.

**There are nineteen breakable pots in this area. They are in 1 group of 3, 2 groups of 4 and 1 group of 8. The group of 3 is located east of the Misshapen Pond base, just below the raised section with the [[Mamuta]]. These pots contain a group of 10 [[Mitite]]s. The first group of 4 pots can be found towards the northwest, blocking a clear path to the [[Velvety Dreamdrop]]. These contain nothing. The other group of 4 is located on the raised section south of the Sunwashed Plateau base, where the [[Burrowing Snagret]] resides. In this raised section, they are located at the top-right most point, with them containing 2 raw materials. The group of 8 pots can be found surrounding the [[Sightless Passage]] cave entrance, which is near the Misshapen Pond base. These contain nothing as well.

**There are four breakable pots in this area. They are all located in the blocked off section towards the west. This section is blocked off by a [[dirt wall]], and it contains a [[Water Dumple]] and a [[Skeeterskate]]. The pots can be found at the southernmost point in this section, on a small patch of land. They contain the two [[Chance Totem]]s.
*[[Hero's Hideaway]]
**There are thirteen breakable pots in this area. They are in 1 group of 1, 1 group of 2, 2 groups of 3 and 1 group of 4. The lone pot can be found towards the west, underneath the table housing the [[Plunder Palace]]. This pot holds the [[Fist-Force Combobot]]. The pair of pots can be found down towards the southeast, near the Foot of the Stairs base. These pots are blocking a [[tunnel]] from being used, and they a [[Gildemandwee]]. The first group of 3 pots can be found on the floor towards the northeast, near the base of the fridge. They contain a pair of Gildemandwees and the [[Searing Acidshock]]. The second group of 3 is locked on the kitchen counter, with them being adjacent to the sink. They are just south of the [[Doggy Bed]], and they block access to the northern part of this section. They contain 10 raw materials. The group of 4 pots are located slightly south of the previous group, still on the counter. They are underneath the wooden structure, and they contain the 5 [[Perforated Raft]]s.

==Caves==
*[[Burrow of Beginnings]]
**There are five breakable pots on sublevel 1. They are all located near the pillar that [[Shepherd]] is first encountered clinging onto. The pots block access to the [[exit fan]].
*[[Last-Frost Cavern]]
**There are nine breakable pots on sublevel 1. They are in 1 group of 1, 1 group of 2 and 2 groups of 3. The lone pot is located in the northeastern corner of the largest section, and it contains 2 [[nectar]]s. The pair of pots can be found in the southwestern corner of the section north of the base, and they contain 3 [[raw material]]s. The first group of 3 pots are located in the same section as the pair, but further north. These block access to the rest of the sublevel, and they contain 2 nectars. The second group of 3 pots can be found towards the west of the largest section, blocking in the [[Flarlic]]. These contain 5 [[Ice Pikmin]].
*[[Industrial Maze]]
**There are four breakable pots on sublevel 1. They are all located on the western platform, alongside a rusty [[iron fence]], and are blocking in the [[Memory Fragment (Top Right)]]. They contain 5 raw materials.
**There are six breakable pots on sublevel 2. They are in 2 groups of 3. The first group of 3 pots are located at the top of the platforms leading north of the base. They contain the [[Stately Rubber Cutie]]. The second group of 3 pots can be found slightly east of the alternative [[base]], with them being in between the base and the [[floating platform]] housing a [[castaway]]. These contain 5 [[Yellow Pikmin]].

**There are three breakable pots on sublevel 1. They are all located towards the northeast, blocking access to the next sublevel entrance.
**There are eleven breakable pots on sublevel 2. They are in 1 group of 1, 1 group of 2 and 2 groups of 4. The lone pot and the pair of pots can be found in the section the base is in. The lone pot being towards the right, and the pair being towards the left. They each contain a nectar. The first group of 4 pots can be found on the raised arena with the [[Tusked Blowhog]]. They are on the southern side of the area, and they contain 5 Ice Pikmin. The second group of 4 pots are located towards the north of the sublevel, blocking access to the exit fan. These contain nothing.

**There are thirteen breakable pots on sublevel 1. They are in 1 group of 3 and 2 groups of 5. The group of 3 pots can be found south of the default base, in between the two [[Water Dumple]]s. These pots contain nothing. The first group of 5 pots are located on the lower section slightly north of the default base, between the two rusty iron fences. These contain 3 raw materials. The second group of 5 pots can be found in the northeastern section, which contains one of the alternative bases. They block access to a [[pup tunnel]], and they contain 6 raw materials and a nectar.

**There are three breakable pots on sublevel 3. They are all located towards the east, adjacent to the [[Flighty Joustmite]] buried in some [[sticky mold]]. They block access to a White [[Candypop Bud]], and they contain 1 raw material.
**There are thirteen breakable pots on sublevel 4. They are in 1 group of 2, 2 groups of 3, and 1 group of 5. The pair of pots can be found in the southwestern corner of the [[Gildemander]]'s arena, with them containing 10 [[Gold Nugget]]s. The first group of three can be found in the northwestern corner of the arena, containing the [[Go-with-the-Flow Totem]]. The second group is located in the section past the [[numbered gate]]. These contain the [[castaway]], who is a [[leafling]]. The group of 5 pots is in the northeastern corner of the arena, and they contain the [[Difficult-Choice Totem]].

**There are twelve breakable pots on sublevel 1. They are in 2 groups of 3 and 1 group of 6. The first group of 3 pots are located towards the southeast on the lowest section, guarded by a [[Gildemandwee]]. These contain the [[Fastening Item]]. The second group of 3 pots can be found in the middle of a thin pathway slightly northwest of the previous pots. These contain 3 nectars. The group of 6 pots are located north of the base, on the left side of the [[bunker]]. These pots don't contain anything.
