:I just checked myself, and that's not a glitch. If a leaf Pikmin drinks nectar, it gets all excited and backflips, because of the huge change in maturity that just happened. If a bud Pikmin drinks nectar, the change isn't as big, so the only thing the Pikmin does is stretch its arms out and shake them, as if saying "ooh, that's good". Red Pikmin and Rock Pikmin do the same animations, and I'd bet all Pikmin types do too. If the Pikmin in the cutscene stood perfectly static and held that pose awkwardly during what would've been the "I'm pumped up!" animation, that would be a glitch. It would mean the game failed to obtain the correct animation and defaulted to using the T-pose.
