***** A tournament-style poll series could be quite an interesting idea. To avoid having it take nearly a year, each poll could be 2 weeks long, with 3 or 4 initial rounds and one final round. But the grouping of bosses into initial rounds would be quite arbitrary and it would affect the outcome significantly.
