:::I kinda understand, titles sort of feel like they should be displayed with all starting caps. But it'll just be wrong, and in some cases, it'll actually look ''worse'' than lower-cased letters. It's just that not everything needs to be highlighted or given over-importance, like the Regeneration example I gave.
