candypop bud names are a whole thing in Pikmin 4. They've been merged into one species, for a start. The game appears to refer to them by "[pikmin type] Candypop Bud" consistently now instead of having "crimson candypop bud" or whatever. candypop bud names are a whole thing in Pikmin 4. They've been merged into one species, for a start. The game appears to refer to them by "[pikmin type] Candypop Bud" consistently now instead of having "crimson candypop bud" or whatever.
