*Haniwa are often buried with the dead or set on a mound near the grave. The fact that it is buried within the deepest part of the Bulblax Kingdom suggests that this cave was a tomb where grub dogs or members of some other unknown species native to the [[Awakening Wood]] go when it's time for them to die or to bury and honor their dead. Olimar further supports this theory in his [[Olimar's journal|journal entry]] for the treasure, calling it "a shrine of some kind".
