:Well, you're not missing too much. It's really just a change in their skin color, they don't gain any special powers. Although, if you want to try it anyway, you can always buy an Action Replay. You can probably find a fairly cheap one on Amazon or eBay. They also have one for $30 at Codejunkies.com.
