As far as I can tell, some returning enemies in Pikmin 4 are newly harmless. :I'd say we can categorize them in both categories. If I want a complete list of enemies that cannot harm Pikmin, I can make use of this category, and within each enemy's article, I can filter more intently by game if I want.
