The Planet of the Pikmin is the planet that Olimar goes to on both games, along with Louie during the second game. It is the natural planet of the pikmin, and is most likely Earth after humans went extinct. On Pikmin, Captain Olimar crashes onto the planet after a meteor crashes into his ship. He has to get the pieces of his ship or die from the poisonous oxygen from the planet. In the second game, Olimar and his sidekick Louie must collect treasures of the planet to pay off the debt.
