The Stone of Advancement is a treasure in Pikmin 4. It is actually a Cobalt Game Boy Advance SP. It appears to still be functioning. It is found in the Rescue Command Post.

Collecting the treasure

The Stone of Advancement is on a high platform to the right of the S.S. Shepherd. To knock it loose, you need to charge into the wall with Oatchi. After a brief cutscene, you will be able to collect the treasure.
