Scornet

The Scornet is a cone shaped bee like creature found in Pikmin 3, they are found in swarms and require Winged Pikmin to take them out, they are only found in the Twilight River. The first swarm appears just after a lily pad river ride completely harmless to the player and their pikmin, they are very easy to defeat and are in a swarm of about 30. The only other swarm found is during the Scornet Maestro boss fight, they are controlled with the harp strings their maestro wields, and use three different attacks, the cone, rectangle, and circle attack.

• The Scornets are very similar to pikmin, they are controlled by an instrument like object, and are harmless and defenseless on their own.
