The Impediment Scourge is a bottle opener found near the landing site of the Perplexing Pool a little to the right. It lies on top of a tree trunk. The trunk is big, so it is only accessible to Yellow Pikmin.
Olimar's notes: Yellow Pikmin are infatuated with high places! They seem to love it when I toss them high in the air. Once, I hurled them up to a high area, and they came down with thish treasure!
