The Eternal Fuel Dynamo was the second part you can get in Pikmin. It was in The Forest of Hope and was surrounded by two Dwarf Red Bulborbs and a Red Bulborb, which you could just sneak past. This rocket part gave the Dolphin an unlimited amount of energy so Olimar wouldn't have to worry about electriity. It made his survival on the planet easier and he wouldn't have to use candles anymore
